xQc Rages

Felix Lengyel aka xQc is probably one of the most popular and controversial twitch streamers nowadays. Lately, he was invited to join the now popular OTV rust server. The Twitch streaming platform has been dominated by rust as some the top streamers have been joining the popular OTv server. Now the OTV server has the drama of Twitch personality, xQc.

He made it very clear ever since he joined the server that his main objective was to kill other players. His Rust streams were entertaining and it is clear that he was enjoying playing on the OfflineTV server. However, during one of his recent live broadcasts, he shared that he does find aspects of the game frustrating, particularly the time that’s wasted after you die in-game. The objective of Rust is to survive in the wilderness using gathered or stolen materials and the players must successfully manage their hunger, thirst, and health, or risk dying. It is extremely punishing if you’re killed by another player.

He stated during the stream; “In Rust, when you f**king die, you are literally cut off from content… and you have to walk back for 25 minutes.” Then xQc further compared the game rust to the game Grand Theft Auto RP as he also stated; “Compared to GTA RP, you have content for like an hour… it’s kinda fun to die.”
