xQc Defends Ludwig And QTCinderella

After controversy arose over Ludwig’s choice to accept sponsorship from “Fansly,” an online content creation site similar to OnlyFans, xQc spoke out in Ludwig’s defense.

Ludwig set up the Fansly sponsorship for xQc’s game show “JUICED,” despite the fact that xQc insisted he had no previous knowledge of or involvement in securing the partnership. The Streamer Awards ceremony, which is put on by Ludwig’s associate QTCinderella, was also supported by Fansly. xQc said; “In my defense, I’m not going to sh*t on Lud, on my own show. I had genuinely zero knowledge of Fansly being a sponsor, nor did I sign anything with Fansly, nor did I ever see a singular dollar from Fansly,”

Koil, a Twitch streamer and the proprietor of No Pixel, however, criticized Ludwig for the sponsorship, which sparked a controversy. In Koil’s opinion, Ludwig was being hypocritical by accepting a sponsorship from a website like Fansly when his fiancée, QTCinderella, had just expressed concern about the proliferation of deepfake content. Koil said; “Isn’t it crazy that people in the industry, and on Twitch, will cry about the exploitation of women, … and then their boyfriend will go and take a sponsor from Fansly,”

The main difference between deepfake content and content on OnlyFans or Fansly is that the latter is produced and owned by the women themselves. As a result, many people objected to this perspective. xQc discussed the subject with a viewer on his own broadcast. The viewer claimed that Fansly was being promoted in a way that was “p*rn” and that Ludwig and QTCinderella’s following was “younger.”

However, xQc refuted this, arguing that while Fansly and OnlyFans are used for that purpose, it is not their only purpose and they are not only for mature content. He continued, “people who use Fansly in a sexual way, they have all the safeguards, like age verification, that they are 18 plus or whatever.” Ludwig himself has not yet responded to the critique of the Fansly sponsorship.
