Valorant Dev Responds

Herschel “Guy” Beahm IV aka Dr disrespect is an incredibly popular youtuber ever since he decided to move onto youtube after his controversial twitch ban. Back in October 2020, Dr disrespect became a huge part in the Rogue Company as the devs of the game released Dr disrespect’s map and skin that was inspired by him.

Now, it seems like Dr disrespect wants to help to design a map for valorant also. Doc took over twitter and posted a clip of him playing valorant while saying; “I love this feeling. Just knowing that I can read the fucking situation like it’s nothing. I love this feeling”, as he landed a headshot onto the remaining member of the enemy team in the game. He also captioned the video stating; “Valorant is somewhat addicting. They just need a few more fun maps in the rotation, Flip phone is wide open, Riot Games.”

Dr disrespect’s ‘flip phone’ remark is a reference to a sketch Doc acts out on stream where he “gets a call” from another streamer or developer. However, shortly after Dr disrespect posted the tweet, the 3D environment artist who works on Valorant’s maps, Riot’s Lydia Zanotti, replied to his tweet stating; “I’ll get you more maps, I promise.” It seems like fans definitely want to see Dr disrespect’s possible Valorant map soon with many voicing their approval. One user even stated; “Hit that flip phone! Rogue company got a gem out of him already, I’d love to see DocxRiot Valorant map”.
