Twitch Bit Scam Comes Into the Spotlight

Following the release of Twitch creators’ revenue statistics, a shocking set of allegations involving Turkish streamers has been making the rounds on the internet. According to reports, the latter group was involved in the Twitch Bit Scam.

The Twitch Bit Scam uses stolen credit cards as part of its scheme. The said scammers contact Twitch streamers and inform them that they will donate money to them using a stolen credit card.

The donation is made after a deal has been reached. After that, the Twitch Streamer gives the scammer a portion of the donation. As a result, both parties profit from the stolen credit card while using Twitch bits as a tool.
