TenZ Becomes Cloud9 Streamer

Tyson Ngo, most commonly known online as TenZ is a retired Canadian professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player of Vietnamese descent. TenZ recently announced his decision of stepping back from the competitive play as he claimed that he wants to pursue twitch streaming and content creation.

During his January 12th announcement, he revealed; “I’m going to be stepping down from the Cloud9 Blue team to pursue content creation”. The organization Cloud9 announced via twitter post that TenZ stepped down from the team and competitive playing. Tenz also claimed that stepping down from his team is his personal choice.

However, even if he claimed that he will be focusing on creating content for now, he is still keeping his door open for a return to competitive play as he stated; “Right now for me, I’m just taking a break, When everything gets better in the world, I’ll probably come back.” He also posted it on his twitter stating; “Hope everyone can support me in this decision. During this time while I am off the team, I will be dedicating it towards my personal stream/YouTube to produce some more content. I’ll come back to competitive play when I see the time is right. Until next time everyone!”
