Surefour Signs Up With Sentinels As A Content Creator

Lane Roberts aka Surefour is a former Overwatch pro who recently signed with the Sentinels. Surefour is known for his Overwatch gameplays and for his epic Overwatch League strats. He was a former member of the Toronto Defiant and recently split from the team last season. Because of this, some of his fans have been wondering where he might land. As it turned out he jumped over to Sentinels to be a Valorant content creator.

Sentinels is an organization that houses teams in Valorant, Fortnite, Apex Legends, and Halo, among others. Before the announcement, Surefour also announced that he was taking a break from competing in the Overwatch League or OWL. He claimed that he was not in a great state of mind because of what he had been through over three seasons in the OWL. However, now that he signed with the Sentinels as a Valorant content creator, it is unclear if Surefour will ever return to competitive Overwatch.

Sentinels Director of Esports Charlie Lipsie gave a statement stating that Surefour’s return to Overwatch is uncertain indicating that Surefour might be in a multi-year contract. Lipsie said in a press release; “Adding Surefour to our content creation roster marks the next step in continuing to build for the future of Sentinels. We are confident that his personality will shine as a member of Sentinels for years to come.”
