Streamer Cjayride Hit by a Car

During a recent IRL live broadcast, Twitch streamer Cjayride was hit by a car leaving his viewers speechless.

In IRL Twitch streams, you can usually count on some wild stuff to happen. We’ve witnessed streamers being intimidated by strangers and having their food stolen by monkeys, and that’s just the beginning. It’s no wonder that the IRL category on Twitch remains the most popular, as there appears to be nothing more amusing than everyday life.

That rang true during this IRL stream, where a streamer narrowly averted major medical bills after being hit by an incoming taxi.

Cjayride was live-streaming himself going across Japan and conversing with fans when a taxi slammed into him, giving him only a fraction of a second to react. The taxi merges onto the road where Cjayride is currently riding, presumably utterly oblivious to the streamer’s presence, and only just manages to stop before colliding.

The two check in on each other right away, with cjayride assuring the frightened taxi driver that he’s well before retrieving his skateboard, which also manages to escape somewhat undamaged.

Cjayride goes on to add that if he hadn’t leapt off his skateboard quickly enough, he “would’ve landed on the hood of his car,” which may have resulted in a far more terrible outcome. Fortunately, neither the streamer nor the driver had any big problems, and cjayride admitted that they were both mistaken.

Needless to say, all parties will be affected by the experience, but they may thank their fortunate stars it didn’t result in a full disaster.
