Staysafetv Banned

Even if you are a Twitch Partner you can still be banned.

Staysafetv got banned for the 2nd time.1st time was 2 years ago because of copyright issues (music).

This time he got banned from covering the 2020 election.

Staysafetv posted an update about his 48 hours stream that said that he was banned for copyright and with a 2nd ban his account will be in a permanent ban.

As of typing this article his ban is still unsearchable on Twitch but since he is a partner, there is a big chance that Twitch will still give him a chance.

His first copyright ban was 2 years ago when he played the song “In Da Club” and Twitch notified him that a 2nd copyright ban will be a permanent ban, so some of his fans are still waiting to hear.

Twitch released a beta test for their own platform that lets you use songs that are copyright free so if you are afraid of getting banned you must try their service called “Soundtrack”.

Twitch also suggests to streamers to remove their old clips and streams that contain copyrights in order to avoid receiving a warning or worse, to be banned.
