Sodapoppin Floods a Hotel Room

Hundreds of Twitch streamers have traveled to Las Vegas to mark the start of a major Twitch Rivals event. Chance Morris aka Sodapoppin is one of the popular broadcasters who has signed up for the Twitch Rivals tournament, but he’s already ran into problems.

Twitch is notorious for covering popular streamers’ travel expenses so that they may attend events like Twitch Rivals, and Sodapoppin is no exception.

Sodapoppin sounded apologetic in a clip he just published on his Twitter account, in which he displays his flooded hotel room, due to Twitch footing his bill. Sodpoppin revealed water flooding into the hotel room from the bathroom, where a drenched towel tried in vain to dry a piece of the floor, as he explained the problem to his fans.

Sodapoppin told his fans that he took a bath after a hard day of traveling to attend the Twitch event because the hotel’s bathroom had a deep tub. Sodapoppin anticipated that filling the tub would take a long time, and after running the water, he dozed off. But then upon waking up, the water had poured from the tub and onto the rest of the hotel room, including the majority of the furniture.

Sodapoppin was clearly sniffling and sounded guilt-ridden as he recounted the situation to his Twitter followers. He stated that Twitch spent a lot of money to bring him to Las Vegas and put him in a really nice hotel room to stay in throughout the Twitch event. Some fans believe Sodapoppin flooded the hotel bathroom on purpose because of his history of destruction, but the Twitch streamer assured everyone that it was an accident.
