Sinatraa’s Ex Denies Claims That She Has Dropped Charges

Sinatraa’s ex girlfriend Cleo ‘cle0h’ Hernandez has been claiming that she didn’t drop charges alleging sexual abuse is spite of prior stating that she didn’t seek after an investigation. Earlier this year, in the month of March, Valorant pro Jay Won aka Sinatraa’s ex girlfriend Cleo Hernandez accussed the Valorant of sexual abuse leading to Riot Games to do an investigation.

Then Riot declared on May 17th that Sinatraa would be suspended for six months for being uncooperative in the investigation and that the rest of the investigation and fact finding will be handled by the Law enforcement. Now, cle0h has responded to the incident in a series of tweets now that the six-month period has passed and teams are rumored to be in talks to sign the former Overwatch League MVP. Cleo worte in a now deleted tweet that she “didn’t pursue the investigation” after “like April,” seemingly emarking how the stress was causing her a lot of pain. Because of this, Sinatraa’s friend and Twitch broadcaster Daniel Francesca aka Dafran then brought up Cleo’s remarks.

Dafran took to twitter and wrote that Sinatraa is no longer banned and that a lot of teams are interested in him. Dafran claimed that Cleo did drop the charges. He also said that he is disappointed at those who immediately judged his friend Sinatraa as guilty.

Shortly after, Cleo responded with a simple; “Didn’t drop the charges btw LOL”, and adding, “Dafran is so off his rocker”. Given that sinatraa is still a sentinels streamer, it will be interesting to see if he is picked up by another team, particularly in case an examination is in truth still ongoing.
