The 2021 UKIN (UK Ireland Nationals) Rainbow Rumble, a multi-stage Rainbow Six Siege tournament with a £25,000 prize pool, has been announced by Ubisoft. The tournament will last several months and will feature hundreds of hours of top-level esports action, according to the organizers. Teams from across the UK, Ireland, and Europe will compete in two qualifying tournaments over the course of two weeks, beginning on Saturday, October 30th. Each qualifier’s top four teams will advance to the group stage.

On October 30th/31st and November 6th/7th, teams that meet the 3/5 UKI resident rule will have two chances to qualify.

The group stage will take place in November. Qualified teams will compete against the top eight teams from the UKIN Premier Summer 2021. From November 20th to November 28th, each group will compete on a single weekend day.

Over the course of four days, four groups of four teams will compete, with the top two teams from each group progressing to the knockout stage.

The knockouts will be a 12-team, double-elimination bracket that will begin on January 4th, 2022, with the top four teams from the UKIN Premier Summer 2021 automatically seeded into the second round.

Until the final four, all knockout matches will be best-of-three, with the final four being best-of-five.

The winning team will receive a unique trophy created in partnership with the community.

From the group stage to the finals, all gameplay will be streamed live on the Rainbow Six UK Twitch channel.
