Pokimane Pretends To Be Man

When Twitch streamer Pokimane was playing Valorant, she wanted to trick other players by using a man’s voice to fool them. She burst out laughing as she was having a good time pretending to be a man. 

The Moroccan-Canadian streamer told us about a rather gloomy subject of gender bias that women players often confront behind the light moment of laughter. She went into further detail about her previous communication issues with her teammates as a woman. It was difficult for her to advance in the game because of this discrimination based on gender.

Many people were surprised when Poki reached the almost impossible Immortal rank because of this preconceived assumption that female players lack ability.

Twitch streamers still have to deal with it, despite the fact that it is a common issue that many people are aware of. This time, rather than being serious, Pokimane tried to deal with the matter in a fairly amusing manner. She considered pulling a joke on her friend Kevin by having him speak on the microphone for her. Pokimane stated; “Wait. If I set my game microphone to that webcam and you’re there, you can pretend you’re the person playing. So I can pretend I’m a guy! I can say stuff, and then I’ll push to talk, and you can just say it!”

Poki was worried that Kevin’s nice voice might not be enough to make the team follow her instructions. When it was time to say hello, she simply told him to do so. Kevin even got a response from a teammate when he followed the instructions. Because she found it humorous, Pokimane burst out laughing. She was called a “genius” by her fans. She didn’t stop there, as she was having a lot of fun with Kevin following her about, and it worked wonderfully.

Fans of Pokimane had a lot of fun watching her pretend to be a male. Those who agree with Poki’s viewpoints, on the other hand, find it unacceptable to be subjected to gender discrimination while playing video games.
