OTV Rust Server Bans Ser Winter

Ser Winter is a twitch streamer with over 64k followers on his twitch channel. He is usually streaming and playing the game Rust on his channel with over 386 hours streamed on the game. Because of being a dedicated rust content creator, he has been invited to join the now popular and newly created OTV rust server together with other popular content creators.

Streamer BaboAbe together with other streamers have created a new server because of the controversies and drama in the past server. But it seems like this new server has not gone down smoothly so far. New drama has started to fill in as Ser Winter has been criticized for ambushing and killing other streamers such as Trainwrecks. It has caused an outrage from Trainwrecks and from other streamers such as xQc and nmp who wrote on their twitter accounts regarding this issue. The criticism towards Ser Winter mainly focuses on that he was using his advanced experience of Rust to exploit other members of the server and prevent them from enjoying themselves. Because of the incident, Ser Winter announced via a twitter post that he has been banned by the moderators of the server.

He wrote on twitter; “Guys, the Rust OTV servers are great for our community right now, and I did have a lot of fun on there, but it’s the end of an era. I’ve been humbly banned, which is completely fair and fine. I said I wasn’t going to go back anyway after today. Enjoy the loot, Tank Girl”.
