Ninja’s World Record for Most-Viewed Twitch Stream Broken

Twitch streamer David Cánovas aka TheGrefg is a popular streamer amassing over 5.1 million followers on the platform with 15.6 million subscribers on YouTube. He recently has made Twitch history breaking Ninja’s world record for most people watching during his stream. He was streaming the Galactus event when he had more people watching him and later reached a total of 660,000 viewers on his stream.

The previous record was held by the popular streamer Tyler Blevins aka Ninja when he teamed up with the famous rapper Drake. They reached over 635k viewers while they were playing Fortnite back in 2018. Now, twitch streamer TheGrefg has the title for the most watched stream on Twitch. There are several screenshots and clips that show that the streamer managed to bring in 660,000 people simultaneously.

Also, according to eSports charts, the top 3 twitch channels in 2020 by peak viewers were; PlayStation with over 1 million viewers, RiotGames with 669k viewers and finally TheGrefg with 660k viewers.
