Ninja Attempts To Help JiDion

Pokimane, a popular streamer, has accused Ninja of helping JiDion, a fellow content creator, in receiving a lighter sentence after being banned for harassment.

Pokimane stopped her stream on Dec. 13 after JiDion’s followers swamped her channel with abusive and misogynistic messages. This resulted in JiDion being suspended for 14 days, which would later be extended to a permanent ban. However, the controversy has continued, as Pokimane claims that JiDion fans flocked to Ninja in the hopes of helping the streamer in his return to Twitch. Pokimane alluded to a now-deleted clip in which Ninja said JiDion couldn’t “ratio bitches” on Twitch, which JiDion replied to.

Pokimane took offense with Ninja’s language, saying “JiDion obviously immediately takes it as Ninja calling me a bitch. Ninja then says he meant bitches generally.” 

Pokimane went on to pose the question, “I wonder if Ninja would have said ‘bitches’ if it was a large male streamer that was hate raided.” Ninja also vowed to assist JiDion by contacting his Twitch representative, according to Pokimane.

Pokimane stated; “Why Ninja would help someone evade a ban for harassing me, I have no idea. I genuinely don’t know. That night, yes, it sucked to have so many messages in my chat doing whatever, but Ninja’s behavior is actually what surprised and bothered me the most.”

Pokimane showed additional DMs between herself and Ninja later throughout the stream. Ninja denied contacting his Twitch agent about JiDion’s suspension in the communications. Ninja also sent Pokimane a threatening message, saying, “Also you are making a big mistake.”

Ninja has responded by tweeting that “all will be explained,” but no further details have been supplied as of this writing.
