Loserfruit Denies Claims That Fortnite Is Dying

Kathleen Belsten AKA ‘Loserfruit’ recently laughed off suggestions that Fortnite is close to dying in the near future, and claimed that the Epic Games juggernaut’s best is yet to come.

Epic Games recently released Fortnite Season 8 two weeks ago, bringing the Cosmic Cube and corruption back to the war-torn island battleground of the iconic BR. Despite all of the said claims that Fortnite is “dying” continue to circle the now five-year-old battle royale.

Those claims, according to Loserfruit, are completely false. Loserfruit, who recently joined Lachlan’s PWR org recently said why she thinks Fortnite is heading in the opposite direction, towards its next peak. Loserfruit spoke about the future of Fortnite and why claims that the game is “dying” are false saying that she believe they’re in a waiting period with Fortnite right now, as the game is about to hit its next big peak and when that happens, she believe people will stop thinking they’re tense because they’ll say it’s dead and added that Fortnite is in the best shape it’s ever been.

The main reason for this, according to Loserfruit, is all of the new features and focus Epic has put into Fortnite in recent seasons saying that they’ve put more ability to travel across the map quickly, there are all-new funny items, and on a balance standpoint, it’s the best and most enjoyable it’s ever been.

She added saying that she would like to see more ranked Fortnite modes added to the game to make grinding more interesting, but that it is in a “really good place” overall.

Loserfruit has a vested interest in Fortnite’s longevity, but her love for the game stems from a place of love — she admits that many of her favorite memories as a streamer stem from Epic’s flagship title, from her growing fandom to duoing with Grefg and getting a skin in the game.

According to her, Fortnite has been her primary focus for the past four years and that there have been many memorable moments, including her skin and Grefg’s Spanish fans She said that she have ventured beyond Fortnite’s horizons, but it’s mostly streaming rather than YouTube videos, she enjoy games like Rocket League, GTA, Fall Guys, and Minecraft, but Fortnite is always on her mind, and she don’t see that changing.
