Lirik Talks About Star Wars Jedi Survivor

Twitch streamer Saqib “Lirik” discussed his opinion of the just published game Star Wars Jedi Survivor during a livestream on April 30, 2023, and said it was one of the year’s “weaker” releases.

He compared it to Hogwarts Legacy and said that it was “more polished” because it was made by Avalanche Software. He asserted that Hogwarts Legacy lagged beyond Jedi Survivor in terms of fighting mechanics, though, because players there were not sufficiently penalized. The streamer also mentioned that there are several situations in Jedi Survivor when employing specific actions and abilities might have negative effects and injure people.

Lirik began talking about the state of recently released games two hours into his livestream earlier today. He asserted that Star Wars Jedi Survivor had a “weaker” launch in 2023. He said it was “more refined” and compared it to Hogwarts Legacy. He said; “I would now say, this is probably one of the weaker releases of 2023, IMO (in my opinion). I mean, there are still so many games dropping. So… I mean, not all of them are going to hit. Like, you know, at least Harry Potter felt polished.”

Lirik said that the Hogwarts Legacy fighting system did not penalize players. He clarified: “Dude, Hogwarts Legacy was… no, the combat in Hogwarts Legacy, actually… wasn’t; it didn’t make you feel like you were being punished sometimes, for like, pressing some of your spells. They wanted you to combo and do different things with your spells.”

The 32-year-old celebrity continued by drawing an analogy to Star Wars Jedi Survivor and saying: “This game, if I do like this move (The streamer does a move with his Lightsaber), during that animation, I would’ve f**king gotten shot (The streamer gets shot my Meyen Corr). Ahh, f**king a**hole!”
