Karl Jacobs’ Response

Karl Jacobs was recently accused of not paying a digital artist for Twitch emotes he created for the streamer.

Karl Jacobs presently has 3.14 million Twitch followers and about 2,000 subscribers. Artist “Ammie” accused the creator of not paying them their dues for various Twitch emotes they worked on. The artist stated that the YouTuber did not even use their work and that when they inquired about payment, he did not respond for weeks. Jacobs has subsequently apologized for his behavior and responded to the popular post.

@ammiedude is the Twitter username of the artist “Ammie.” They wrote a Twitter thread earlier today criticizing Karl Jacobs for not paying them for the Twitch emotes they created. Jacobs, according to Ammie, did not answer for weeks and did not use the Twitch emotes they made. As proof, the artist sent a screenshot and joked that they were a minor when they first entered the deal.

Ammie was understandably disappointed that they had not been paid in advance for their efforts. Karl Jacobs, on the other hand, has quickly responded to the viral Twitter thread.

Karl Jacobs expressed regret for his actions, claiming that he had simply forgotten about the contract. In addition, the internet star offered to compensate the artist for their efforts as well as the additional waiting time they had to endure. Jacobs also promised to work on his organization to prevent such events in the future: “I have been spreading myself a bit thin this past year and it’s hard to keep up with all I am doing, again shouldn’t have fallen on a project u helped w so I’ll make sure I do right including payment for ur wait.”

Despite receiving the Twitch emotes on time, the creator forgot to pay, however he soon responded to the Twitter thread and apologized for his actions.

Ammie later tweeted that the problem was on the verge of being resolved. The artist expressed gratitude to the community and stated that Karl Jacobs was near to finishing the payment.
