Kai Cenat Bursts Firecrackers Inside His House

On April 1, 2023, Twitch star Kai Cenat and his friend and fellow content creator, Fanum, decided to engage in a “firework war” during a livestream. Different fireworkswere set off by the streamers, each trying to outdo the last.

Fanum retaliated by lighting a second large firework after Kai Cenat set off a series of garland firecrackers in his chamber. The rug caught fire as a result of the content creators’ antics, starting a small fire. Following the incident, Cenat and Fanum panicked and made hasty attempts to put out the fire. 

On April 1, 2023, the streamers started their “firework war” in the final seconds of Kai Cenat’s broadcast. This was started by The Streamer of the Year, who lit off a garland of fireworks inside Fanum’s room. In “revenge,” the latter retaliated by pulling out a bigger firecracker. This surprised Cenat, who encouraged the AMP-affiliated content creator to cool off: “Yo, chill, bruh! Chill, my n****! Bro, chill, my n****!”

Fanum lit it on fire without thinking twice after Cenat taunted him that he wouldn’t. When the streamers noticed this, they sprinted out of the space. The next instant, the fireworks went off, setting off several smaller explosions and sparks flying everywhere. The rug was lit by a specific spark that fell and touched it. Kai Cenat shrieked in terror upon seeing the damage and yelled: “(The streamer squeals and points at the fire) Oh, my god! Get away! It’s there! It’s there! (Fanum pours water over the fire) There’s fire! There’s fire! The sheet is on fire!”

The overwhelming odors in the area caused the New Yorker to start coughing. He still set off another set of fireworks inside Fanum’s room despite this.
