Kaceytron Celebrates Her Twitch Ban

The “basement dwelling incels” who were cheering Kaceytron’s recent two-day Twitch ban have come under fire.

Twitch broadcaster Kaceytron has been gaining popularity with her audience for a number of years. She has amassed over 500,000 subscribers to her channel, and on average, more than 400 of them watch her streams on a regular basis. Kacey received a ban on Twitch on June 26, 2023, for what looks to be a copyright violation with something she was showing on her broadcast. She soon took to Twitter to express her outrage over the block, and she doesn’t regret posting whatever it was that caused her channel to be briefly suspended. Kacey’s stream was stopped and her channel was momentarily disabled just after midnight. Viewers are greeted with one of Twitch’s messages rather than the typical profile for the female creator.

It states, “Content from this channel has been removed at the copyright holder’s request.” Kaceytron spoke out against the ban on Twitter shortly after her channel was removed. In a post that included a gif, she wrote, “And I’ll do it again.”

She criticised the “basement dwelling incels” who were happy about her being kicked from the platform in a subsequent tweet. “The visceral reaction my two-day ban has gotten from basement dwelling incels who… have no idea what they’re talking about, brings me great joy. Judge me by my enemies,” Kacey commented.

Fans of the female broadcaster won’t have to wait long to resume watching Kacey on Twitch because the suspension is only for two days. That is, assuming she chooses not to stream on another website like Kick or YouTube in the interim.
