Indiefoxx Unbanned From Twitch

It has been revealed that well-known Twitch streamer Indiefoxx has been unbanned from the platform after what appeared to be a permanent suspension back in 2021.

For those who don’t know, Indiefoxx was one of the platform’s more well-known content producers before she was banned for what she called a “wardrobe malfunction” that happened during an ASMR video. Following her ban, Indiefoxx was unable to access the majority of her social media profiles, including Twitter and Instagram, and was consequently forced to change her online persona to JenfoxxUwu. Despite the abrupt rebrand, she has been able to build and maintain an impressive audience. However, Twitch has now unbanned her primary account for what seems to be no apparent reason. Through her personal Twitter account, JenfoxxUwu has since reacted to the unbanning, thanking Twitch for changing its mind after all this time, and promising that she “won’t mess this up.” The creator had earlier asked Twitch to overturn the ban without success, and based on her response on Twitter, it appears that she was also unaware that this was going to happen. Although it’s unclear why Twitch chose to lift the ban at this particular time, JenfoxxUwu herself is probably not too concerned about it.

In other Twitch news, if you’ve been using the service at all lately, you’ve probably observed a rather peculiar stream that has been getting a lot of attention. A Walmart employee made the decision to set up a live broadcast using the display laptops and left it running.

At its peak, thousands of people were watching the electronics area of some random Walmart. It has since been shut down, but it serves as just one illustration of how bizarre and outlandish the Twitch discourse can occasionally be.
