Ibai Is Banned From Twitch

Ibai Llanos most commonly known simply as Ibai is a previously Spanish League of Legends Shoutcaster for LVP and he is currently a content creator for G2 Esports. He has recently revealed that he got banned from the twitch platform on January 11th and he explained the reason why.

He wrote on twitter announcing to his fans that he got banned one day from twitch and the reason is that a kid decided to join a game of Geoguesser and the kid had a profile picture of a penis and his name was “Ibaibaneado”. It seems like the user intentionally wanted Ibai to get banned from the platform as the name Ibaibanead translates to ‘Ibai banned.’ Ibai also hilariously thanked the kid that his act had given him a day off.

In the stream where the incident happened, it shows that Ibai was laughing when the player with the inappropriate photo joined the lobby, but to his credit, he did try backing out and unfortunately, the damage had been done. It will be interesting to see how Twitch handles the ban and if this counts as a serious strike on the streamer’s record. In any case, at least the suspension isn’t indefinite.
