Ninja & Myth Chosen as “Exclusive” Valorant Co-Streamers

The Valorant First Strike NA tournament has been one of the most hotly contested of the game’s global tournaments. It will run from December 3rd to December 6th. There are 8 teams that are going to participate, including TSM, Sentinels and 100Thieves. They will be competing for the prize pool of $100,000.

Riot Games also announced on November 30th to grant the exclusive co-streamer status to only two lucky personalities and it was Ali Kabbani aka Myth and Tyler Blevins aka Ninja. Because of this announcement, some fans and fellow streamers are somewhat unpleased. They are debating in social media about whether or not it’s fair to grant exclusivity to these two personalities.

To exclusively co-stream a game means that other streamers who planned on streaming the event are not able to do so. Both Ninja and Myth are known for playing the game Valorant yet neither one of them has experience doing commentary. Some streamers have been voicing out their concerns on Twitter, including the streamer mOe. Some fans were so unimpressed that they took their concerns to Reddit, where a lengthy post on the Valorant Competitive subreddit saw fans expressing their disappointment.
