Dream Calls Out TikTok

Minecraft Youtuber Dream has slammed TikTok on September 15 after repeated “unjustifiable” content strikes and three unwarranted bans against his friend and fellow minecraft streamer George Davidson aka GeorgeNotFound’s TikTok.

In the Minecraft community, GeorgeNotFound is a tremendously popular content creator. With over 9 million YouTube subscribers, the influencer is known for going around in circles with the likes of Dream, who has over 26 million subscribers and is another huge presence in the game’s community.

While both creators produce content for a variety of platforms, George’s popularity on TikTok has been complicated by the fact that the platform has banned him three times. His first ban was in February. This suspension sent fans towards social media to spread the hashtag #FreeGeorge, urging the app to unban the streamer. His second unjustified ban happened in August. The reason for both bearings, and his subsequent third ban, remains unclear and unexplained. Now, he has once again been hit with a TikTok ban as of September.

And this has prompted his fellow creator Dream to slam TikTok for its repeated bans against his buddy in a pointed Tweet.

He wrote; “because george is too nice tiktok_us fix your fucking shit. he’s been banned three times, had 3 of his last 4 tiktoks removed for guideline strikes he didn’t commit, and gets a generic response any time he contacts support. help him you morons”.

George responded to the first tweet by lambasting the platform for its unwarranted and repeated attacks on his TikTok account. He recalled a recent incident in which he donned a 65-pound rucksack that severely damaged his shoulders merely to make a TikTok video but the video in question was removed after nine hours because of a false guideline strike.

This has generated fury in the Minecraft community once again, with fans across Twitter tagging TikTok in an attempt to get George’s account restored on the video platform.
