Daequan Announces First Gaming Stream

Popular content creator Daequan Loco or simply Daequan of NRG has disclosed when his break from Twitch streaming will end and that he will return to livestreaming games.

Daequan and Hamlinz had been absent from content creation for about two years prior to late August. The then-TSM duo teased comebacks several times, but it never lasted more than a day or two.

The pair claimed that they’d joined NRG Esports and founded the Thoom House with a handful of other developers after teasing posters appeared throughout LA and fans discovered a mysterious YouTube channel. Eventually, they’ve both returned to social media, with Hamlinz going back to Twitch, while Daequan hasn’t. He will, however, be ending his hiatus in the not-too-distant future.

Prior to the NRG announcement, Daequan hadn’t streamed on Twitch since the beginning of 2020, when he went live on his channel to show off the Thoom House and converse with viewers about his extended absence. During that time, his four million-strong fan following changed a little, but fans hoped for a comeback.

Now, it’ll be happening on September 24th with a variety of streams.

Daequan tweeted out on September 23rd stating; “Friday, 2 PM (PST) variety gamer streams finally begin. Starting with the game that started it all,” And because of this, fans quickly began guessing what game he was referring to, with many concluding that he was referring to Fortnite, given that was the game that started his meteoric climb.

However, the NRG star hasn’t said anything more, so we’ll have to wait till he goes live to learn more about his future plans and streaming ideas. But fans who have been waiting a long time to see his channel with the live tag would appreciate any streams.
