Want to get your hands on the loot from Spider and Prowler Nests in Apex Legends with minimal effort? Wattson is the ideal candidate for you. This is why.

With the release of Apex Legends Season 11: Escape, Respawn Entertainment introduced Storm Point, the battle royale’s fourth map. The tropical-themed map is the largest of Apex’s four locations so far, and it boasts a number of unique features that distinguish it from Kings Canyon, World’s Edge, and Olympus.

One of the most important is the ability to obtain loot from Storm Point’s spiders and prowlers. The creatures will not hand over the goods without a fight, but as Wattson, you can make things easier for yourself.

While you can rush in and start fighting both the spiders and the prowlers, you may find yourself overwhelmed by them or by a team who decides to take over the fight. Wattson and her Interception Pylon ultimate, as some players have discovered, makes it difficult for the creatures to do much damage to you.

When farming spiders for loot, the Interception Pylon will prevent them from spitting their web at you, allowing you to easily shoot them down. When it comes to the prowlers, the ultimate will divert their attention for a brief moment, allowing you to deal some damage before they attack. It will not, however, completely eliminate them, as it does with spiders.

Of course, the pylon will slow down any enemy grenade attacks, so use it as extra cover, but make sure it’s in a chokehold for maximum effect.
