xQc Salty About Game Awards

While other streamers and fans have been congratulating Rachell Hofstetter aka Valkyrae for winning the recent 2020 Game Awards as the Content creator of the year award, Felix Lengyel aka xQc didn’t seem to congratulate her because he was busy making fun and making jokes about the said award while talking into his viewers on livestream. Many have taken the Game Awards as a way to celebrate the video game community but then xQc turned out to use this as a way to show and call out how fake streamers have been on social media.

Twitch streamer Saqib Ali Zahid aka Lirik shared his thoughts during one of his streams regarding the game awards and stated that xQc should have been nominated. xQc became the number one streamer in the month of July averaging tens of thousands of concurrent viewers at that time. Lirik said that xQc not being nominated for the category was ‘fucking bullshit.’ However, during one of live broadcasts of the popular twitch streamer xQc, he also ranted about how toxic some streamers actually are behind closed doors.

He stated; “Everybody does that as a weird cover to get a piece of things and feel included. But behind closed doors, they all act weird.” xQc went on to claim that some streamers have been making some illusion to show that they love each other. He further mocked those streamers who are telling each other such words such as ‘keep it up’. According to what xQc ranted, it seems that streamers are not as nice offline as they appear to be on Twitter and Twitch.
