xQc Offers His Thoughts About Emiru And OTK

Following the sexual assault charges against Matthew “Mizkif” Rinaudo, CrazySlick, Maya Higa, and Adrianah Lee, Twitch has turned into a battleground for accusations.

The initial focus of this drama was on Adrianah Lee’s allegations that CrazySlick had harassed and abused her sexually, as well as giving her the justice and peace she rightfully deserves. However, in a recent Twitch Livestream, One True King (OTK) member Emily “Emiru Schunk supported Mizkif in response to claims that he assisted in dissimulating and covering up Adrianah Lee’s claimed sexual assault.

As a result, Emiru asserted that Mizkif could not have been aware of everything that occurred. Félix “xQc” Lengyel retaliated by calling her comments a “power move” and that it “doesn’t seem genuine.” After her livestream on September 22, 2022, Emiru became upset and started crying over the accusations made against her friends. She also defended Mizkif in the face of the controversy. 

Emiru asserted that Mizkif could not possibly have known about the sexual assault or, at the very least, what had occurred between CrazySlick and Adrianah Lee or any of the other women he had harassed. She added, “the Mizkif [she knew] would never know the full story and just let that happen.”

A fellow Twitch streamer xQc refuted these assertions by labeling Emiru’s statement a “power move” by One True King. xQc also revealed that Emiru’s statement was why he and Tyler “Trainwreck” Nicknam leaked the Discord call, exposing Mizkif. xQc said, “Emiru goes live with this statement that doesn’t seem genuine. That seems like an insane power move. […] This broadcast was a power move, one hundred percent. This was a move. ‘Oh, we didn’t know; they didn’t know,’ come on [Emiru], everyone knew. ‘Oh, we didn’t know’; it’s only because the streamers want to gain something out of this.”

Furthermore, according to xQc, Emiru’s comments regarding the Adrianah Lee and CrazySlicks incident were risky because they might have been a significant power play to sway public opinion in favor of Mizkif, even if he was in the wrong. Following the scandal’s recent resurgence, CrazySlick has since deleted all of his social media accounts. Mizkif has thus been suspended from his gaming company, One True King, pending an investigation into the claims made by outside sources.
