xQc Is On Top Spot Again

Twitch streamer xQc has worked his way to the top again after being booted from his spot as Twitch’s most-watched streamer by Elden Ring players, including Asmongold.

xQc, a French-Canadian streamer, has led the Twitch rankings several times since joining the network when he was 19 years old. With 272.9 million hours seen across all streaming platforms in 2021, he became the most popular streamer of the year. Then there was Elden Ring. Content creators who focused on the new fantasy RPG rocketed up the rankings as the game dominated the internet.

While xQc took advantage of the hoopla and incorporated Elden Ring in his livestreams, it wasn’t enough to defeat the competition, and he was deposed in March 2021.

xQc, on the other hand, has reclaimed his title as Twitch’s most-watched streamer for March 2022.

According to SullyGnome, xQc has reclaimed the #1 spot in the Twitch rankings after the Elden Ring hype has died down. According to the statistics, xQc had the most watched hours with 18,077,641. He defeated Asmongold and others in the process. In February 2022, the latter had risen through the rankings thanks to his Elden Ring and Lost Ark playthroughs, which saw his watch time increase by a remarkable 10,000 percent. While Asmongold’s numbers were impressive, it was streamer Fextralife who ultimately defeated xQc to take the top spot. This time, though, Asmongold dropped from third to seventh place in the rankings for the month of March, while Fextralife plummeted to tenth place.

xQc, meanwhile, rose to the top of the charts, surpassing Tyler “Trainwrecks” Niknam and Hasan “HasanAbi” Piker. xQc, on the other hand, just edged out Brazilian streamer Alexandre “Gaules” Borba, who racked up over 14 million watched hours.
