xQc Gets Into Argument With OSU!

xQc, the most-watched Twitch streamer in 2021, has gotten himself into some trouble. He got into an argument with OSU! content creator BTMC over territorial conflicts in the wildly hyped r/place during one of his recent streams.

During the stream, xQc, who is known for keeping up with current happenings on the internet, stepped into r/place. In the pixel-based game, the content creator/gamer pushed his followers to literally indicate their presence on the map. However, it appears that the r/place invasions, which have damaged a number of creators since the relaunch, have not spared the former Overwatch pro, who responded to BTMC’s actions and said: “We were invaded for no reason.”

The Twitch star also attempted to leave his mark on r/place by recreating his signature emblem in the game during his most recent show, which largely featured the FPS specialist playing notable titles such as Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Valorant. Based on the stream, it appears that the creator of variety content was initially fairly effective, and even utilized an outline methodology.

The OSU community, on the other hand, appears to have other ideas. The pixel-based game focuses on continual community engagement, in which players pool their resources to create/recreate symbols or emblems of their choosing.

xQc was having a conversation with BTMC in one of the most recent streams, during which the latter described how he and his community were able to dominate in r/place and even claimed: “We were starting to create alliances even before r/place existed. That’s how we were able to put ourselves on the map that quickly.”

QC, of course, had an interesting reaction to it and questioned BTMC, saying: “Is that before or after you became so fragile? Before or after?”

He didn’t stop there, though. To add salt to the wound, he went on to explain his queries, saying: “It seems like anything that happens around the logo, you guys start crying like a bunch of *******. When did that happen?”

The question elicited a surprise response from BTMC, which only seemed to dig a deeper hole. He responded, “Well, that’s true. That’s because we had to make alliances in order to survive in the early game.”

The Twitch king did not appear satisfied with the response. He went on to say that his emblem had an outline that was different from the OSU community’s logo. It was, nevertheless, “invaded for no reason.” The accusation was accepted by BTMC, but they blamed it on the former Overwatch player for invading their allies. xQc was dissatisfied with the reception, claiming that the OSU community “overwhelmed” his logo.
