xQc Forced To End Stream

Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel’s stream came to an unexpected stop once again as his broadcast abruptly terminated owing to a power failure, ruining his session.

For their careers, streamers largely rely on excellent game quality and an internet connection. If not, it can be very disruptive to their stream, which makes it harder to keep their audience engaged. Even the most well-known content producers have run across this issue. As was the case with Dr. Disrespect, it can also be particularly upsetting when a streamer is in the middle of an intensive playthrough. Even xQc, who is no stranger to such problems, was unable to avoid the vexing technical difficulties that ultimately caused his July 5th broadcast to fail.

On July 6th, xQc and his friends were playing PAYDAY 2 at the time. Everything went smoothly up until his connection cut off 5 hours and 44 minutes into his livestream, confusing viewers. Fans were perplexed by the abrupt conclusion given that xQc’s livestreams often last up to 12 hours or more each day. His computer was “bugging out for no reason,” he subsequently said on Twitter, adding that his “power went out.”

He wrote; “POWER WENT OUT TWICE, COMPUTER BUGGIN OUT FOR NO REASON. SCUFFED STREAM, SHIT HAPPENS. WE'LL GO HARD TOMORROW, NO PROBLEM. SORRY ABOUT THAT GARBAGE. WE GOT THIS. CYA TOMORROW.”

However, he said that he would “go hard” in his next stream and hoped that everything will return to normal as soon as possible. This is not the first time that xQc has experienced technical difficulties. Due to a series of technical problems while he was living in Los Angeles, which turned into a recurrent nightmare for the 25-year-old during his streams, he was even compelled to relocate back home in January 2022.

However, since returning to Canada, this seems to be the only significant technical hiccup for xQc.
