xQc Addresses His Biggest Issue

Twitch streamer Felix Lengyel aka xQc has recently told his fans that while he enjoys Twitch events with a lot of influencers, there’s something different about them when the cameras are on.

On Twitch, xQc is one of the most popular creators. With almost nine million followers on Twitter, it’s clear to see why fans are eager for him to team up with other broadcasters for large-scale events. While he’s been glad to do so in the past, he admitted on a November 1st stream that some of these get-togethers feel too “manufactured,” adding that it’s better when things happen in a more organic way than he’s seen before.

When it comes to content events, the Twitch star believes that other creators feel compelled to dominate camera time and are constantly competing for the biggest joke. He explained; “Some people need to monopolize the spotlight or the camera or the spotlight, and that’s weird. I don’t like when events are like that, and it brushes me the wrong way.”

Although this isn’t the first time he’s mentioned issues at these events, he went into greater detail about his emotions on the subject, adding that even occasions thrown by his friends sometimes make him feel uneasy.

He added; “I enjoyed it, but there’s a lot of things I didn’t like about it too, though. I like when things flow in a natural way, and [we’re] just having fun making content or whatever.”

xQc expressed his mixed feelings regarding the quality of content created during each of these gatherings, stating that he prefers collaboration to feel more authentic than it has in the past.

While he refused to single out anyone for being excessive, he did have one clear message from these kinds of meetings: “I don’t fight for spotlights. If you want to go in front of the camera and hijack it… I’m not going to fight you on it.”
