Tommyinnit and Tubbo Have Realization

There can be a lot of uncertainty due to the complicated nature of Twitch stream monetization.

If you’re not attentive, you can miss out on earnings because there are so many different ways to make money. And it seems that’s exactly what’s been happening to a couple of well-known Minecraft players. When TommyInnit and Tubbo were having fun yesterday, one of them realized he had been letting donation money sit in an account that he had never even known existed for years.

Tubbo said, “Tom, did you know that you have to claim your donations. I just found out that I have in fact not received any of my donations over the last four years.”

Streamers frequently process donations using broadcast software like Stream Elements. Following the processing of a donation, the funds are retained in an account for the content creator to manually withdraw from. Tubbo said; “It sits in a wallet and you have to withdraw it. What can I say? I’m ballin’ now.”

Tommy, who opened up his information and tried to see how much money he was allegedly missing out on the entire time he has been streaming, was unaware of any of this. He didn’t disclose how much was in the account, but it was clear when Tommy first noticed the pile of money he’d been unintentionally hoarding. Tommy yelled, “What the fuck. I’m rich! Oh my god!”

TommyInnit, who is only 18 years old but is one of the most well-known Minecraft players in the world, has been streaming on Twitch since 2018. The same length of time has passed since Tubbo, who is also 18, started streaming on Twitch.
