Summit1g Carries The Team

Summit1g has returned to Valorant, and in his first competitive game in months, he ended up carrying his team.

Summit1g, a streamer, hadn’t played Valorant in months before returning in late February 2022. He’s determined to climb out of his present Platinum status, and he’s off to a good start right away. The former CSGO player walked into his first rated match in months like he hadn’t missed a beat, despite some teasing from chat about only being ranked Platinum.

The streamer was continually baiting the opposition team and scoring cheeky kills while playing as KAY/O. This did not, however, prevent his opponents from going up 11-7 at one point. In desperate circumstances, Summit stepped up and led his team to an 11-11 tie in the contest.

The other team would only go that far before the streamer’s crew came together to finish the job. Summit1g added the icing on the cake by scoring the match’s final kill with an on-point Operator shot. For his first game back in months, he did really well.
