Streamer Deathly Is Left Devastated

Deathly, a streamer, was playing Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl when he assumed he came across a shiny Starly, but it turned out to be a dream come true.

One of the most thrilling things that can happen in the Pokemon universe is to come upon a shiny Pokemon. The chances of running into one are extremely tiny, with each encounter having a 1 in 4,096 chance of happening.

Deathly, a streamer, believed he had had a magical meeting with a shiny Starly near the start of the game, only to be disappointed.

Deathly, a Pokemon content creator, was streaming on aDrive’s account during a Pokemon BDSP marathon to celebrate the release of the new game. Deathly was circling in circles in search of a shiny when he came across a Starly and exclaimed, “What are the odds? One in 4,096!” He paused, mistaking the bird for a shiny Pokemon. “This lighting! That is the first time that it tricked me.” Starly’s color shade was slightly different under the evening lighting, creating the impression that it was a shiny Pokemon.

Unfortunately, Deathly was fooled into thinking he had experienced a once-in-a-lifetime encounter. Unfortunately, the Starly was only a regular non-shiny Flying and Normal-type Pokemon that could be found in many of Sinnoh’s natural places. There was no luck locating a shiny for Deathly after a couple more hours of streaming Pokemon BDSP. The odds are heavily stacked against shiny hunters, given the minimal chances of each encounter.
