Quqco Banned From Twitch

Because of its popularity and versatility, Twitch is a platform that many gamers and streamers use, but its stringent community rules have come under scrutiny recently.

Although Twitch permits some degree of artistic expression, there are still guidelines that must be followed, and any infraction might result in a ban. Quqco, one of the platform’s well-known streamers, was recently in the news after being suspended for the fifth time for reportedly dressing inappropriately while viewing a documentary.

Popular Twitch streamer Quqco has been using the service for over four years. She has developed a sizable fan base of admirers who check in frequently to watch her broadcasts thanks to her endearing nature, remarkable artistic abilities, and interesting material. Quqco is noted for her extravagant cosplay and outfit choices in addition to her artistic and gaming skills, which have occasionally gotten her into trouble with Twitch.

Both Quqco and her viewers were taken aback by the most recent Twitch suspension against her. She was allegedly banned while wearing a dress and viewing a documentary about Chris Chan, said Quqco. Many of her followers commented on the clothing after she posted a picture of it on social media, saying it was perfectly suited. It’s unclear whether the one-day ban has anything to do with the documentary’s subject matter. On Twitch, Quqco has received many bans for different offenses that were all related to her clothing. She was specifically prohibited twice in 2019 for cosplaying as Mai Shiranui from Dead or Alive and for an improper Chun Li outfit. She then got another ban in 2021 for showing too much skin, despite her claims that her attire exposed less skin than some hot tub streamers did without getting in trouble.

For using artificial breasts as props on stream in January 2023, she was additionally given a 3-day ban. There are other Twitch streamers whose recent bans have baffled both themselves and their audience members, including Quqco. A few days ago, popular streamer Mizkif was banned for tuning in to MILF Manor during a live show.

Given that other streamers have viewed the same content without experiencing any consequences, this ban seems odd. That emphasizes the inconsistent nature of Twitch’s ban policy, which needs to be fixed immediately.
