PlayWithJumbo Goes Viral

A streamer called PlayWithJumbo went viral when she made her own sound while streaming. Many streamers recently have received claims about DMCA. Listening to music or turning on audio might cause your channel to be removed which is why PlayWIthJumbo came up with the idea to mimic the game’s audio creating it herself.

Twitch suggested on how to stream without getting a DMCA notice. They recommended to mute all in-game music and audio. That’s why PlayWithJumbo did a funny live-dubbing and called it “DMCA friendly stream”. Many other streamers did the same thing and it’s funny to watch them do it and it clearly shows how ridiculous it is to stream without the actual game’s sound.

Receiving a DMCA strike is a frustrating thing because it might cause your channel to be taken down. That’s why many streamers got this idea, just in order to follow and to comply with Twitch’s rules. It may look weird and funny but streamers have to do it so that their channels remain and will not get removed.
