CmdData’s Encounters Cyberpunk 2077 Glitch

A Twitch streamer named CmdData came across the funniest episode of Cyberpunk 2077 yet, which stunned both him and the chat with its timing.

Bugs and malfunctions aren’t uncommon in Cyberpunk 2077. Since its release in December of 2020, the game has seen a lot of them. The mistakes were more frequent at first after the publication, but they gradually faded as time passed. CD Projekt RED was able to work on them after the game was released. This isn’t to say that the game is without glitches or bugs; even after a year, it still has them.

CmdData, a Twitch streamer, decided to revisit Cyberpunk 2077 during his stream on December 19th.

The game was running smoothly — no bugs or glitches — until 50 minutes into the stream, when one of his mods mentioned a bug they had encountered in the chat. “When I tried to play it when I got my PC like six months ago, I got into some nightclub and everyone was T-posing and I never played again,” CmdData reads while laughing. CmdData was thrown into a cutscene after finishing a chat with one of the game’s characters. “That was six months ago, so maybe they fixed it,” he stated before the cutscene began in reaction to what he had read.

Following that, the cutscene followed the identical actions as the ones he had just read. This was shortly followed by uncontrollable laughter and a “nevermind.”

It’s been a year since the first release of Cyberpunk 2077, and errors and malfunctions are constantly being discovered.
