AvaGG Is Banned

Twitch has lately been involved in a DMCA scandal. The website has received a variety of copyright lawsuits that have contributed to the present situation. Originally, Twitch told streamers that material that violates copyright would be immediately deleted.

AvaGG was suspended from Twitch for one week due to the issue of VOD (Video On Demand) clips from its streams featuring copyrighted music. In reaction against the prohibition, AvaGG made satirical remarks on Twitter. She promptly resorted to downloading copyrighted songs as soon as the ban was completed as part of her karaoke session.

Twitch has also reached out to warn streamers to silence in-game audio, as many plays have sampled noises or audio that is unauthorized and can fall victim to DMCA acquisitions.
