Asmongold Slams Twitch Chat’s “Cringe” Metagaming

Asmongold is a popular twitch streamer gaining over 1.9 million followers on the platform. He is an enormously popular World of Warcraft Twitch streamer who fancied himself more of a PvE player rather than a PvP player, but did engage in both.

Recently, Asmongold has slammed Twitch streamer fans for ‘metagaming’ in which they are informing the twitch streamer through chat of the whereabouts of other players’ locations specially on the game Rust. During one of his recent live broadcasts on January 2nd, he shared his thoughts regarding the ‘metagaming’ saying that he was not happy with this trend of fans metagaming with streamers.

He stated while playing on stream; “You guys are cringe about this f*ing metagaming. Stop doing that, it’s so annoying, and it’s just loser behavior. It makes it not fun at all because people are just telling each other where they are. It’s just cringe metagaming that’s making it less fun for everybody. It’s so annoying, it’s so obnoxious, it’s so cringe, and nobody wants it. Just stop.”
