Amouranth Buys Kum & Go

To ensure that they are not solely dependent on their videos and livestreams, well-known Twitch streamers are recognized for diversifying their portfolios.

For others, apparel partnerships serve as a good example. Amouranth, one of the more inventive Twitch streamers, plans to start a gas station chain in 2021 and will keep buying new stations in the US as gas prices rise.

Amouranth recently announced on her Twitter that she had invested 25% in a syndicated transaction in a brand-new establishment named Kum and Go by posting a picture of a petrol station.

As she went from Twitch hot tub streaming to ASMR and Pokemon card unwrapping in order to diversify her content before moving into other businesses with a similar strategy, the well-known streamer has retained a large following on the platform. Her Circle K facility, which sees over 100,000 vehicles every day, and the 7-Eleven gas station, into which she invested $10 million last year, are both now joined by this one.

The Kum & Go station Amouranth purchased is in a secret location like her other gas stations, upholding the secure technique by which the Twitch streamer announces significant investments like the most recent ones she made into Amazon and Activision Blizzard. Kum & Go is a US-only company with its main offices in Iowa and, to the south, Oklahoma. On a two-acre property with a modest shop resembling Amouranth’s Circle K station, the Kum and Go location he invested in includes twelve service pumps, some of which are specifically for diesel.

Amouranth revealed that the new gas station cost her $8 million for the 25% ownership, which is less than she spent on Kum & Go and 7-11. Amouranth, a well-known Twitch streamer, alluded to the accelerated depreciation impacting her account this year, stating that taxes were the main driving force for her decision to open a fueling station.

Amouranth decided to keep discussing her business endeavors for “one or two last” agreements because of how profitable these investments were, implying that there might be one more to come.

Although Amouranth’s most recent acquisition had its detractors, many of the reactions to her announcement regretted that gas prices weren’t as low where they lived as they are at the Kum and Go in her picture. Amouranth has recently come under fire for allegedly charging inflated prices at her Circle K and 7-Eleven sites, to which she has reacted. However, it’s probable that the Kum and Go will follow the same supply and demand patterns as her other locations.

Because Amouranth has international Twitch viewers, many comments on her Kum and Go post lamented the absence of one of the gas stations in their region.
