Adin Ross Streams Sexual Content On Kick

One of the most popular Twitch streamers, Adin Ross, visited an explicit website while streaming on Kick, violating the platform’s terms of service by displaying it live. However as of this writing, his account is not suspended.

In collaboration with Stake, one of the biggest cryptocurrency gaming websites in the world, a new streaming service called Kick was introduced. Large-scale Twitch streamers like Trainwrecks and Adin Ross have collaborated with and been drawn to it. Ross has shown his support for the Kick platform and advised others to switch to it solely while being a Twitch partner streamer. He isn’t making the move permanent, though, because Kick is paying him.

As the platform is still extremely new, concerns have been voiced regarding its terms of service and how they are used. Despite allegedly having sex on air in December, a streamer managed to avoid being banned. Jake Lucky posted a video of Adin visiting the website, where he displayed a number of films for about 10 seconds before leaving.

He declared that he “disagrees” with such stuff while broadcasting it, repeating remarks he made regarding sexual content on Twitch and referring to hot tub streams as “poison.”

Users “agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities,” such as nudity or other sexually explicit content, according to Kick’s terms of service. In contrast to, say, Twitch or YouTube, the platform’s stance on suspending accounts is less explicit. According to the terms of service, “you may terminate or temporarily suspend your access to the Service without notice or liability and for any reason.”

Questions have been voiced over the audience age of Adin. Kick’s regulations say that, unless you have a guardian’s consent, you must be 18 or older to use the website. Nevertheless, there is no mechanism in place to stop people under the age of 18 from utilizing the website. If you are under 18, you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has given you permission to use the Service and that they have agreed to these Terms, according to the TOS.

At the time of writing, Ross has not commented on the popular video, but his Kick account, where he has just over 80,000 followers, is still accessible. This is a far cry from his 7.3 million Twitch followers. Also, these acts can have an effect on his Twitch account. The community rules of Twitch may, in some situations, extend to behavior on sites other than the platform, such social media.
